Refund Policy

At Msc Cab Wala, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for cab bookings and tour services.

1. Cab Booking Refunds

  • 100% refund if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • 75% refund if cancelled within 12–24 hours before pickup.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup.

2. Tour Package Refunds

  • Tour package refunds depend on the specific package terms.
  • Any advance payment made is subject to deductions for hotel, transport, or permit bookings.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting non-refundable expenses.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Service Cancellations by Msc Cab Wala

In the rare event that we cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or safety concerns), customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
